Rules Regulations

  • Kindly drop your ward 10 minutes before the bell rings and co-operate by abiding by the school timings. School gate will be closed after the bell rings for assembly and no child will be allowed to enter the school thereafter. Please ensure that you leave the school premises before the bell rings for assembly.
  • Children should come to school in proper uniform and neatly dressed. Students are expected to be habitually clean and neatly turned out.
  • Parents are supposed to pay attention to their child’s regularity, punctuality, discipline neatness and take interest in their child’s work. Montessori School in no way means irregularity and late coming. We are here for the overall development of your child and to achieve this we all have to be disciplined.
  • Leave of absence should only be sent through the School Mobile App at least a day prior or latest by 8:00 am. 
  • A sick leave should for more than 3 - 4 days should be supported by Medical Certificate. 
  • Any student who is absent for one month without any prior notice, his name will be struck off from the school’s record without giving any intimation.
  • We would suggest that P.T.M. held atleast once in two months should be attended by both or one of the parents. It will help you know better about the progress of your ward. School gate will be closed once P.T.M. timings are over and no parent will then be allowed. 
  • The school holds Term I Assessments in Sept. / Oct. & Term II Assessments in March ( Nursery onwards).
  • There is no Assessment for Pre Nursery & the result will be given on the overall assessment of the child. 
  • No ranks are given and no marking is done.
  • Class 1-5 students will not be permitted to give their Assessments if the attendance falls short of 75%.
  • It is expected that parents avoid the use of cell phones in school premises and keep them switched off.
  • Children must be collected on time after school. The school will not be responsible for children after school hours.
  • The school does not take any responsibility for any expensive belongings which may get lost.
  • A month’s notice should be mailed to the school authorities by the Parents / Guardians in case of withdrawal.
  • If Municipal Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate is not deposited T.C. will not be issued.
  • Parents are liable to pay fee for the full session if they withdraw their child in mid-session.
  • Once the child has been admitted parents will hereby agree and abide by the rules & regulations of the school and that whereas the school takes adequate care to ensure the well being of the child, it is in no way responsible in any manner for any losses, mishaps or unforeseen events.
  • Parents / Guardians who persistently disobey the school rules, or who are constantly over demanding in attitude or who are invariably captious and critical in their dealings with the school authorities or members of the staff will be deemed uncooperative. Since, this only strains the relationship between the school and the parent, the Principal has the right to demand the withdrawal of their ward.
  • The Principal is empowered to waive any of the rules without assigning any reason for his action.
